Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process data entry, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment Manage shipping logistics by coordinating shipments, verifying trade compliance, and adhering to international trade regulations when applicable Stock shelves and organize inventory using ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) for optimal storage and retrieval Assist with shipping & receiving activities by inspecting incoming goods, verifying shipment details, and documenting transactions Support warehouse distribution tasks by maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and proper packaging of products for shipment Experience Prior experience working in warehouse operations or logistics environments is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP platforms) is essential Knowledge of inventory management practices and shipping logistics processes is required Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Experience operating forklifts with valid certification is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified candidates Strong data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively Demonstrated understanding of international trade regulations and trade compliance procedures is advantageous Join us in delivering excellence through efficient warehouse operations!
