Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating equipment such as forklifts and possess strong organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow and accurate data entry. Duties Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility Put away incoming materials and organize inventory in designated storage areas Pick orders accurately based on customer requests and prepare items for shipment or pickup Assist in organizing warehouse workflows to optimize efficiency and safety Manage inventory levels using inventory management software, ensuring accurate recordkeeping Perform data entry related to stock movements, order processing, and inventory updates Support logistics activities by coordinating shipments, deliveries, and pickups Provide customer service assistance for order pickups, addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred Familiarity with forklift operation and safety procedures is highly desirable Basic proficiency with inventory management software and data entry systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling inventory and order fulfillment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions and team collaboration Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 – 55.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
