What You'll Be Doing As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our distribution operations running smoothly and ensuring merchandise is ready for delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Loading and unloading furniture, appliances, mattresses, and other merchandise Picking and preparing orders for customer deliveries and store transfers Safely moving, sorting, and organizing products throughout the warehouse Loading outbound trailers efficiently while ensuring merchandise is properly secured Handling products carefully to minimize damage Using warehouse scanners, equipment, and inventory systems Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment Meeting daily productivity and performance expectations Assisting in other warehouse departments as operational needs require Earn More With Strong Performance! Starting Hourly Compensation Base hourly rate: $17.95 Night shift premium: $1.50/hour Total starting rate: $19.45/hour Opportunity Following Probation Employees who successfully complete their probationary period may be considered for advancement to an Equipment Operator position, subject to operational requirements, equipment qualifications, satisfactory attendance, and consistent achievement of productivity and safety standards. Equipment Operator base rate: $18.95/hour Night shift premium: $1.50/hour Potential total rate: $20.45/hour Advancement is based on individual performance and business needs and is not guaranteed.
