Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Location: Groveport, OH Kelly® is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves receiving, handling, organizing, and tracking products and materials in a fast-paced distribution environment. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, pack, ship, and stage products and materials. Safely move and store inventory using appropriate equipment and procedures. Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory. Verify product quantities, accuracy, and condition. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures. Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and service goals. Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred. Ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
