Warehouse Associate

Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment by accurately selecting items using order pickers and inventory management software. Maintain precise inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400. Load outbound shipments onto trucks efficiently while adhering to shipping & receiving protocols and trade compliance standards. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory management activities to prevent discrepancies. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable. Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations. Skilled in using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate counting and measurements. Experience with picking & packing, order picking, load & unload procedures, and shipping logistics. Ability to provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, trade compliance, and inventory control techniques.
