Your Role at KIK The Warehouse Associate receives, inspects, stores, picks, and ships pool and spa supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records. The role uses RF scanners and warehouse equipment, follows established safety and storage procedures, and helps keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and process incoming pool and spa supplies; verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies. Enter received items and inventory movements into the warehouse system using an RF scanner; report inventory errors. Store, organize, and rotate inventory in designated locations using proper storage procedures. Pick orders according to bin sequence, inspect pallets, and verify order accuracy. Load outbound shipments safely and accurately. Operate stretch wrappers, electric pallet jacks, and other assigned warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and storage areas; conduct daily equipment inspections and follow OSHA and company safety requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience. Experience using an RF scanner. Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, and to follow oral and written instructions from leads, supervisors, and managers. Experience operating an electric pallet jack required; forklift experience, including electric, propane, stand-up, or stock picker, preferred. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Hourly We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has an hourly rate of $20 – $22 per hour. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors including your relevant skills and experience.
