Company Overview: D&D Best One Corporation is a growing wholesale distribution company dedicated to supplying high-quality packaging and supply products — including plastic bags and wrap films — to grocers, retailers, and distributors throughout the region. Position Summary: This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and reliable. You’ll assist in receiving, organizing, and preparing goods for delivery, while keeping the warehouse safe and efficient. As part of a small and growing team, your ideas and initiative will be valued—and there's room to grow with us. We’re a small team now, but as we grow, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or leadership for the right person. Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments Pick and pack orders accurately based on delivery schedules Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with basic inventory tracking (counts, restocking, labeling) Load and unload trucks with care, using pallet jacks as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate issues, shortages, or mislabeling to management promptly Suggest improvements to warehouse layout or operations when applicable Support other departments as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of warehouse experience with a demonstrated pattern of stability at prior employers Forklift experience is strongly preferred. Certification is not required; we will certify the right candidate. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Preferred Skills: Spanish language proficiency Experience using manual or electric pallet jacks Strong initiative and clear communication What Success Looks Like in This Role: You take ownership of your space.
