As we continue to expand, TAG is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing Operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to operational excellence. Position Overview: Our Warehosue Associate is responsible for storing materials, picking, packing, and keeping track of inventory. The shop hand will also learn to wire our control panels, run quality control on completed items, and assist our engineers and technicians with site installations. This position will also learn to perform periodic maintenance for a variety of clients. Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Requirements and skills Physically strong, agile, dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions. Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail is absolutley key. Ability to lift a mimmum of 50lbs. Warehouse experience REQUIRED. Forklift certification.
