Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers to load and unload trucks Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems Ensure proper stocking, packaging, and labeling of products in accordance with shipping & receiving standards Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits to uphold inventory accuracy Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations preferred Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, including the use of RF scanners and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is a plus Join us as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our logistics team!
