We specialize in waterproofing, sealant, glazing supplies, and concrete repair products for the construction industry. Our success is built on strong relationships, teamwork, excellent customer service, and quality products. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Edmonton team. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments Pull stock and load materials using forklift and carpet pole Verify work orders and determine production or fulfillment sequence Perform quality control checks and basic machine maintenance Operate hand and power tools (utility knife, tape measure, grinder, reciprocating saw) Assist warehouse with weekly cycle counts and mandatory inventory counts completed twice a year. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices Assist with light production tasks as required Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks Previous forklift experience What Cascade Offers Competitive salary and benefits package Company RRSP matching program Positive, team-oriented work environment Stable employment with an established Western Canadian company Opportunities to learn and grow If you are motivated, dependable, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you!
