Warehouse Associate

Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in distribution for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Anchorage, AK team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, staged, and prepared for next-day delivery in both dry and cold storage environments. Responsibilities Sort and stage customer orders for next-day delivery in dry and cold warehouse environments (temperatures as low as 10°F). Operate an order picker forklift to pull customer orders safely and efficiently. Replenish warehouse stock as needed to maintain inventory levels. Report any discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the Operations Manager. Adapt to changing priorities to meet daily deadlines and complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and working in warehouse distribution preferred; willingness to learn is welcome. Familiarity with warehouse flow and distribution processes preferred. Ability to work in cold environments (as low as 10°F). Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Dependable, punctual, and able to demonstrate sound judgment and consistent performance. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Compensation $18.00 per hour Benefits Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
