Empowerment: As a Buyer, you are the face of the company and typically the first interaction with our customer. You will sort, screen, identify and grade various types of metal. What You'll Do: Master the Metals: You will learn to recognize the various types of metal from Copper and Brass, to Aluminum and Steel. Captain of Organization: Keeping our yard ship-shape is your mission. Your knack for efficiency will shine as you optimize our material storage systems. Customer Champion: A friendly attitude is your secret weapon. You'll assist customers, work to meet their needs, and leave them smiling. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of customer facing roles. Ability to learn quickly. A passion for staying organized and getting things done. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
