Now Hiring: Warehouse & Maintenance Worker St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store — Marquette Help turn community donations into support for neighbors in need. St. Vincent de Paul is seeking a dependable, hands-on team member to support our thrift store and food pantry. This position helps keep donations moving, facilities safe and organized, and pickups and deliveries running smoothly. What you’ll do Receive, unload, sort, and organize donated goods. Move furniture and merchandise; assist with loading and customer pickups. Drive the company truck for pantry pickups, store deliveries, and donation pickups. Load, unload, and organize food donations, communicating pickup information and concerns to the Pantry Coordinator. Keep warehouse, loading, and storage areas clean and safe. Perform basic maintenance, minor repairs, and routine equipment checks. Help with trash and recycling, and keep the company truck clean while reporting service needs. Work respectfully with donors, customers, volunteers, and staff. What we’re looking for A valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate the company truck. Clean Driving record Ability to safely and repeatedly lift and move items up to 50 pounds, using proper techniques and team assistance when needed. Basic skills for minor repairs and facility upkeep. Dependability, clear communication, and ability to work independently and with a team. A commitment to treating every person with dignity and respect. Warehouse, maintenance, retail, pantry, or donation-processing experience is helpful but not required. The work involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting in areas with varying temperatures. Join us in serving our neighbors through practical work that makes a difference every day.
