Outgoing Orders Pull outgoing orders with high attention to detail, ensuring flawless fulfillment and precise order verification. Rotating/Stocking Shelves Rotate all inventory using the First-in, First-out (FIFO) method to ensure stock is utilized in the order it was received. Slide existing shelf inventory forward and completely to the right. Confirm that the items sitting on the front-right position have the oldest receive dates so they are pulled first. Stock newly received items into the back-left space of shelves. Ensure all product labels are outward facing for easy recognition. Cleaning Warehouse Boxes – Cut down empty boxes for use with outgoing items. Organize by size/shape and keep stocking in order. Warehouse Sweeping – Sweep high-traffic areas weekly. Sweep under shelves, pallet shelving, and tables bi-weekly. Trash – Flatten any cardboard or boxes that are not cut down for outgoing items and put in dumpster. Take out trash in warehouse when full and replace with clean bags. Cleaning warehouse shelving – empty and deep-clean specific shelf sections on a rotating basis. Keeping inventory neat and aligned with designated shelf labels. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Mixing Paint Must have ability to read decimals and follow strict mixing ratios. Manually mix paint using sequential mixing by pouring individual toners, binders and reducers sequentially according to the database recipe. A disciplined mindset where a fraction of a gram matters; comfort working with precise, non-negotiable tolerances. Attention to detail – Extreme precision to prevent over-pouring, which alter color matching and wastes expensive materials. Manual Dexterity - steady hand-eye coordination for controlled pouring of liquid toners. Other Cycle Inventory Counts – count physical stock based on the cycle count schedule. Perform physical counts of items on the sales floor, warehouse and overstock locations. Ensure items are in their correct locations and that labels are forward facing. Use basic math to count, add, and subtract quantities correctly. In time helping with customers – greet customers when the walk into the store, help then find items on sales floor while being courteous and professional. Will not be required to answer product related questions or make suggestions of products or procedures. Operating the cash register – accurately scan items using barcode scanner and counting items charged to customer. Handle credit cards, cash, checks and account charges. Other duties as assigned.
