We supply retail stores throughout North Carolina and South Carolina and are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. Job Description We are looking for someone who can keep up in a fast-paced warehouse environment and help keep our daily operations organized and running smoothly. This is a hands-on position that includes receiving inventory, stocking products, preparing customer orders, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments Restock and organize warehouse inventory Pick, pack, box, and prepare customer orders accurately Verify products and quantities before orders leave the warehouse Load and unload pallets and delivery vehicles Perform inventory counts and report any discrepancies Keep shelves, work areas, and the warehouse clean and organized Take out trash and assist with general warehouse cleanup Assist with local deliveries when needed Help with other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Able to lift and move boxes and warehouse inventory Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Reliable transportation to and from work Warehouse or inventory experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Monday–Saturday Approximately 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Full-time availability required. Pay & Growth Starting pay: $12/hour for the first 2 weeks After the first 2 weeks: $15/hour After 60 days: Eligible for a raise based on work ethic, attendance, reliability, performance, and overall contribution to the company Additional opportunities for raises, increased responsibilities, and advancement as the company grows We are looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity and is willing to work hard, learn, and grow with M&A Distro LLC.
