Warehouse Associate

Garden Winds is seeking a hard-working, reliable, and punctual Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Working in our shipping and receiving department, you will manage incoming and outgoing orders, process returns, and utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support daily operations. We are looking for an accurate, fast-paced team player who is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment. We are currently in the process of implementing a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) — ShipHero . The candidate selected for this role will be required to learn and utilize ShipHero to fulfill most day-to-day warehouse tasks and operations. Key Responsibilities WMS Operations: Learn and use our new WMS (ShipHero) to process daily tasks, track and fulfill orders, and record inventory levels. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with loading, unloading, and processing incoming and outgoing goods/materials. Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pick, and pack order requests with speed and precision. Inventory Management: Organize items to company standards and help maintain accurate inventory counts. Safety & Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized at all times. Key Requirements & Qualifications Must be proficient using computers and technology. Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems. Must be able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally). Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Valid Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating forklifts and standard warehouse machinery. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
