In this position you will be expected to fulfill orders, answer phones, and do miscellaneous tasks in the office. This job requires some heavy lifting and basic computer skills. In this position you will have the opportunity to grow within and earn a sales bonus! No weekend or holiday's!! Responsibilities Receive, store, and organize inventory; log transactions in inventory management software to ensure accurate stock levels. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment; coordinate with sales to meet customer specifications and deadlines. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) and perform basic loading/unloading tasks safely. Conduct regular cycle counts, assist with shipping/receiving, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Provide exceptional customer service during in-store or phone interactions, processing orders and addressing inquiries efficiently.
