What you will do:: As a Warehouse Associate at QXO, you’ll support daily warehouse and yard operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain accurate inventory and order documentation, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed What you will bring:: Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment preferred previous warehouse experience preferred able to lift up to 100 lbs Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and coworkers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer-first mindset Strong attention to safety, organization, and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a physically active warehouse and outdoor environment Reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to regularly work early morning hours What you will earn:: 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range.
