Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver

Position Summary Percopo Coatings Company is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Assistant / Deliver Driver to support our Warehouse Coordinator with warehouse operations, material deliveries, equipment handling, and inventory organization. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in organization, and can safely operate warehouse equipment and commercial vehicles. Responsibilities Assist with the daily organization and maintenance of the warehouse. Receive, unload, stock, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks. Deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites and vendors using a company box truck. Inspect delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment before use. Prepare and stage materials for upcoming projects. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Work closely with the Warehouse Coordinator to ensure field crews receive the materials and equipment they need. Perform other warehouse and delivery-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Pre-Employment drug screening required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Experience driving a large box truck is required. Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently is required. (Forklift certification is a plus.) Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds or more . Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that is not air conditioned . Dependable, organized, and safety-minded. Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
