Position Overview: Warehouse Assistant (Contract)
Sigma, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to support marketing and fulfillment operations for one of our clients located in Pittsburgh, PA.
This is an onsite, 12-week contract assignment in a clean, modernized warehouse facility. This is an urgent hiring need, and there will be no interviews conducted for this role. Candidates must be fully vetted, reliable, and prepared to work onsite during core business hours with minimal training required.
The role focuses on assembling marketing materials, preparing fulfillment packages, and supporting light warehouse operations in a structured and organized environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Material Assembly

  • Assemble and bundle marketing materials according to detailed project specifications.
  • Combine printed collateral and prepare materials for distribution.
  • Stuff envelopes and prepare mailers accurately and efficiently.

2. Fulfillment & Distribution Support

  • Prepare packages and materials for shipment.
  • Ensure proper labeling and organization of outgoing items.
  • Maintain quality control across all handled materials.

3. Inventory & Workspace Organization

  • Assist with inventory counts and supply restocking as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Follow established warehouse processes and safety guidelines.

4. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Follow all warehouse procedures and safety standards.
  • Support operational efficiency in a fast-paced but supportive team environment.

Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks.
  • Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or mailroom experience is a plus but not required.

Work Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work onsite during weekday daylight hours.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Clean, modernized warehouse facility (located in a developing skeleton building structure on Neville Island).
  • Team-oriented environment with clear instructions and minimal required training.
  • No weekend work required.
  • Light warehouse and fulfillment tasks only.
