We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our Oahu team! In this hands-on position, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly and support our delivery team when needed. Whether you're receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, or helping deliver and set up furniture in customers' homes, you'll play an important role in creating a great customer experience. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, unload, and organize mattresses, furniture, and other merchandise. Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup. Load and unload delivery trucks, safely handling large and bulky merchandise. Assist delivery drivers with delivering, carrying, and setting up mattresses and furniture in customers' homes when assigned. Help maintain accurate inventory by assisting with product counts, inventory movements, and reporting discrepancies. Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage and protect customers' homes and property. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Work closely with your teammates to keep warehouse and delivery operations running efficiently. What We're Looking For Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy or bulky merchandise with a team and appropriate equipment. Comfortable performing physically active work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and work cooperatively with others. Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with customers. Warehouse, delivery, inventory, or furniture-handling experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person! This position may assist on customer deliveries but does not require operating a delivery truck.
