What This Role Offers This is more than a basic warehouse position. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving efficiently—from fulfilling customer orders to maintaining inventory accuracy. You’ll gain cross-training in multiple functions, have a direct line to warehouse leadership, and build the kind of skillset that leads to advancement inside a stable, growing company. Key Responsibilities Accurately pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Receive incoming shipments; inspect and verify against purchase orders Organize inventory, restock shelving, and maintain labeling accuracy Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse and dock areas Assist with local pickups and deliveries (as needed) Support cross-functional shipping/receiving and internal transfers Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required Solid attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time Ability to lift, carry, and move product safely and efficiently Strong communication and time management skills Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.) A self-starter who shows up on time, stays focused, and takes ownership Forklift experience a plus (but not required) Why Join Us?
