Warehouse Assistant

Overview AP Lazer manufactures and supports laser engraving and cutting machines that help business create personalized products. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Oldcastle, Ontario. Responsibilities Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming parts and shipments Pick, pack label, and prepare parts and equipment for shipping. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries. Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts Assist with basic assembly, testing, and inspection of laser machines and components. Use hand tools and warehouse equipment safely Keep Warehouse and Production areas clean and organized Report damaged goods, missing parts and inventory discrepancies Support the warehouse and production teams with daily tasks Qualifications Reliable, Punctual, and willing to learn Good organizational skills and attention to detail Able to follow instructions and work independently or as a part of a Team Comfortable standing, bending and safely lifting and moving materials throughout the day Basic computer skills Warehouse, shipping, and receiving or manufacturing experience is an asset Forklift operating experience or certification is Preferred Experience with electronics, wiring, or electical components is preferred Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical assembly is an asset Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
