We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality flowers and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities Unload delivery trucks and receive incoming floral shipments and supplies. Inspect incoming products for damage, quality, and accuracy. Verify received quantities against invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents. Report product discrepancies, shortages, or damages to supervisors. Sort, label, and organize products in designated warehouse and storage locations. Maintain accurate inventory organization and proper product placement. Pick and prepare products accurately according to customer orders. Pack and organize customer orders for pickup or delivery. Keep warehouse areas, storage spaces, and workstations clean, safe, and organized. Ensure aisles, walkways, and emergency exits remain clear. Follow company safety procedures and assist in identifying potential workplace hazards. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Good communication and time-management skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, and lift or move packages weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work in refrigerated storage areas when necessary. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
