Current Power SolutionsThe Warehouse Coordinator oversees material flow within the warehouse, including all incoming and outgoing deliveries. This position ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency in inventory management and shipping operations while supporting the company’s production needs. Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in the development, improvement, and implementation of warehouse systems and inventory control processes. This includes participating in the design and rollout of new procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance material tracking and storage methods, and ensuring that all inventory systems are consistently maintained and optimized for operational efficiency. The Warehouse Coordinator is an advanced-level position in the warehouse operations. Employees in this role work independently to manage and coordinate warehouse functions, including logistics, inventory control, and communication with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Take and upload pictures of outgoing orders and projects. Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with vendors and carriers. Load, unload, and store materials safely using forklifts and overhead cranes. Oversee inventory planning, storage, and control activities. Track inventory in ERP systems and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Conduct regular cycle counts to monitor inventory accuracy and identify shortages. Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to meet material needs. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and inspection of shipments. Maintain safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with operational procedures. Lead initiatives to implement inventory control procedures and enhance material tracking. Participate in SAP integration and lead the inventory management portion of the roll-out. Maintain all inventory-related systems including ERP’s, scanners, bar-coding, and revision control of related procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Prepare all loads for transport ensuring all the trash is removed, doors are locked or tied shut all plugs and receptacles have the covers in place. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Three (3) or more years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or planning and scheduling Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or relevant military experience. Experience with SAP implementation Physical & Working Conditions Frequent outdoor work in varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, and humidity. Exposure to noise, fumes, dust, and other environmental elements. Frequent climbing, lifting, standing, and movement throughout the workday. Strict compliance with all PPE and safety regulations. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Facility and Warehouse Manager.
