Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, film cutting, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, product preparation, and equipment operation. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records and quality standards. The Warehouse Assistant will also provide customer support by handling incoming phone calls and assisting with general operational needs. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory levels of installation supplies, window film, and related materials. Utilize plotter software to prepare and cut window tint and other materials according to specifications. Process inventory transactions and maintain inventory records using MCS software. Receive, stock, organize, and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Generate and process shipping labels and shipping documentation. Count, package, bag, and box products for shipment and distribution. Operate laser equipment and machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with inventory audits as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service. Assist with deliveries, pickups, and other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or distribution experience preferred. Ability to safely use cutting tools, including utility blades and similar equipment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management and production software. Experience with or ability to learn MCS software and plotter software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Effective verbal communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to push and pull loads weighing up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
