Job description Wilson Trophy Company Inc (Mississauga, ON) is hiring a Assembly/Production Associate to begin in this full time role immediately. We are looking for a motivated individual to help with our assembly, production, art and logistic team. Responsibilities include: Help with award layouts, assembly of trophies, plaques, engraving, ribbon/poster sewing and and other related tasks. Work with various machinery: Heat Press,S ublimation, Traditional Engravers, Laser Engraver, sand blaster. Perform regular maintenance on assigned equipment and machinary. Assist in warehouse and shipping related operations. Work closely with sales, art and logistic departments. Qualifications and Requirements include: 1) Prior experience in assembly/production department within a similar industry. 2) Punctuality and dependability is key. 3) Graphic design knowledge is a valuable asset (Use of Corel/Adobe suite) 4) High attention to detail and accuracy. 5) A desire to learn and succeed. 6) Ability to stand for long hours while in assembly. 7) Must have reliable mode of transportation to work. 8) Sewing skills preferred. Full paid training will be provided.
