SUMMARY
Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting related IID hardware and software. Follow technical processes to Calibrate, Quality Control, and Troubleshoot product in a process driven environment. Resolve technical
issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure related equipment
- Follow process documentation
- Identify, resolve, and advise on operational issues
- Work with custom computer applications and software
- Document events using software tools
- Analyze equipment with the help of diagnostic tools and procedures
- Resolve recurrent problems and difficulties
- Coordinate equipment replacement
- Identify technical issues and resolve the problems via phone, email or any other electronic medium
- Understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures established by Low Cost Interlock
- Maintain a professional, positive, and caring atmosphere for clients and associates
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed
- Maintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of pertinent information and records
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in using computer applications such as web browsers, word processing, e-mail, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and respond promptly.
- Good communication and organization skills are essential.
- Should be able to analyze and interpret technical procedures and process documentation.
- Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented.
