Warehouse & Assembly Associate
BoatEye360Warehouse & Assembly Associate BoatEye360 | Sarasota, FL | In person BoatEye360 is looking for a dependable, organized person to help keep our warehouse and daily production running smoothly. Responsibilities include organizing inventory, assembling cameras, testing finished products, and keeping the workplace clean. We need someone who shows up on time, pays attention to details, and takes initiative when something needs to get done. What You’ll Do Organize the warehouse: Keep parts, tools, supplies, and finished products neatly arranged, labeled, and easy to find. Track inventory: Maintain accurate counts, record incoming and outgoing items, and flag shortages before supplies run out. Assemble cameras: Follow assembly instructions and handle components carefully to produce consistent, quality products. Perform quality control: Inspect and test finished cameras, document results, and report issues before products are packed or shipped. Keep the workplace clean: Take out the trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas. Support new projects: Take initiative, suggest improvements, and help put better processes in place. Help with daily operations: Follow through on assigned tasks and assist the team wherever needed. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Someone who notices what needs to be done and takes action. Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and assembly procedures. Patience and care when handling small parts. Basic computer skills for updating inventory and records. Willingness to help with both production tasks and routine cleanup. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
