Job Description We’re looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse and Shipping Manager to assist with shipping and receiving coordination, staff management, daily route planning, inventory management, order picking, warehouse organization, and day-to-day operations. This role is vital to ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse, and you’ll play an important part in supporting our growing business. While this position requires working independently, you’ll also collaborate with a supportive team to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Primary Duties (Physical Labor Focus): Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for delivery. Organize the warehouse to optimize space and ensure smooth operations. Load and unload trucks using a pallet jack or forklift as needed. Perform quality control checks and ensure accurate inventory counts. Print and apply product labels. Additional Duties: Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records. Schedule and track LTL and FTL appointments. Coordinate with the sales team to handle deliveries and rush orders. Deliver orders or samples to customers as needed. Ship long-distance orders using FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Keep the warehouse clean and safe for daily operations. Qualifications Ability to life up to 50 lbs regularly in a warehouse environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and packing slip management. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional deliveries. Forklift experience or certification is a plus (willing to train the right candidate). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required.
