Warehouse and Shipping Associate

My USA Marketplace is a small, growing export business that ships US products to customers in India. We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to run our day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving and scanning inbound inventory, keeping product records up to date, handling returns, and preparing palletized shipments to India. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm, with a paid rest break and an unpaid 30-minute lunch. What you’ll do Receive deliveries from vendors and online orders, scan each item on arrival, and check it against the order Update product details in our online system, such as quantities, condition, photos and notes Inspect, sort, label and organize inventory Process returns: repack, label, and drop off items at nearby carrier and retailer locations (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, Kohl’s, etc.) Build, shrink-wrap and label pallets for international freight Prepare packing lists and coordinate pickups with our freight forwarder Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized What we’re looking for Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and be on your feet for most of the shift Comfortable using a pallet jack (forklift experience is a plus) Comfortable using a barcode scanner or phone scanning app Detail-oriented: scans, counts and labels need to be accurate Basic computer or tablet skills for data entry Valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance (for local return drop-offs) Punctual and dependable Warehouse, shipping, receiving or e-commerce returns experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person Why join us A steady, predictable daytime schedule Mileage reimbursement for work errands Paid time off A small team where your work is visible and appreciated Potential to become full-time as we grow The first 90 days are an introductory period.
