Warehouse and Production Manager

Warehouse & Production Manager Kind Society & Co. is looking for a highly organized, responsible, proactive, and hands-on Warehouse & Production Manager to oversee our day-to-day warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, and apparel production operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, pays close attention to detail, enjoys organization, and can manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time. Key Responsibilities: Maintain an organized warehouse and accurate inventory. Receive, verify, organize, and track merchandise. Manage inventory and order fulfillment through Shopify. Coordinate school, corporate, and custom production projects from start to finish. Work with our graphic designer to coordinate artwork, logos, sizing, placement, and production files. Coordinate and apply DTF transfers using heat presses. Learn and assist with embroidery production; training can be provided. Track projects, priorities, and production deadlines. Prepare orders for customer pickup, school delivery, and shipping. Perform final quality control on every order, verifying sizes, quantities, colors, logos, personalization, and placement. Assist with basic operational and QuickBooks-related tasks as needed. Identify inventory or production issues and proactively help resolve them. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, tech-savvy, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple projects without constant supervision. Experience with Shopify, inventory management, warehouse operations, apparel production, DTF, embroidery, fulfillment, or QuickBooks is a plus , but not all are required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and grow with the company. This position offers significant growth potential as Kind Society continues to expand.
