Warehouse and Production Associate

This role combines warehouse work, order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory, and liquid bottling and labelling production. We are looking for someone who can take direction, work independently once trained, complete tasks efficiently, and recognize what needs to be done next. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to learn more of the operation, take on additional responsibility, and develop toward a lead-hand role. The right person will: Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work Take pride in doing accurate, quality work Learn quickly and be willing to take on new tasks Take direction well and follow through on assignments Work independently without needing constant supervision Look ahead and recognize what needs to be done next Help teammates when needed and contribute to a positive work environment Be comfortable working in both warehouse and production areas Want to build their skills and take on more responsibility over time Have the potential to grow into a lead-hand role Responsibilities Pick and prepare customer orders accurately Receive, load, and unload shipments Move, organize, and rotate warehouse inventory Perform inventory counts Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers once trained Work on liquid bottling and labelling production lines Assist with production setup, changeovers, and cleanup Maintain clean and organized work areas Complete other warehouse and production duties as required Qualifications Warehouse or production experience preferred Forklift, pallet jack, or order picker experience an asset Bottling, labelling, or packaging experience an asset Able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day Willing to work occasional overtime or weekends when required Training is provided for the right candidate.
