Warehouse and Parts Coordinator

A&P Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse and Parts Coordinator to join our warehouse team! The Warehouse and Parts Coordinator keeps parts and materials organized, available, and accurately documented to support warehouse and service operations. This role combines inventory control, purchasing coordination, delivery verification, warranty administration, and service truck replenishment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a warehouse setting, able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and capable of maintaining accurate records while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; store materials properly. Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels. Receive deliveries, verify packing slips, and report discrepancies. Order parts and materials; track open orders and purchasing records. Process manufacturer warranty claims and maintain required documentation. Replenish service truck inventory and pick up parts from manufacturers. Your impact: Accurate inventory and timely parts support help our teams stay prepared. Requirements: Ability to perform routine warehouse and part-handling tasks safely. Comfort with extended standing and walking during the workday. Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and move materials within applicable safety limits. Reliable organization when handling parts and materials. Forklift certification is preferred but not required. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Strong organizational skills and dependability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What we offer: Compensation: $15–$19 per hour - based on experience.
