Our ideal candidate: Has a clean driving record. REQUIRED. You must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain a clean driving record acceptable under our company vehicle insurance requirements. This position involves regularly operating company vehicles. Is mechanically inclined. You're comfortable using tools, assembling equipment, troubleshooting problems, and working with your hands. Takes initiative. You recognize what needs to be done and take action without waiting to be told. Is organized and detail-oriented. You take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and keeping things running smoothly. Is dependable and accountable. Your teammates can count on you to follow through. Works well independently. You can manage priorities and remain productive without constant supervision. Communicates professionally. You're comfortable interacting with customers, coworkers, management, and delivery teams. Has forklift experience. Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is strongly preferred. Is physically capable. You can safely perform the physical demands of warehouse operations, equipment handling, and deliveries. Is comfortable with technology. You can use computers, email, scheduling software, and inventory management systems. Is flexible. You understand that occasionally deliveries, shipments, and special events require adjustments to the normal workday. Your earning opportunities include: Competitive Hourly Pay: 23–27 per hour following an initial paid training period, based on qualifications and proficiency. Companywide Profit Sharing: Earn additional compensation based on qualifying retail sales across the company. Delivery & Installation Commissions: Earn additional income for completing qualifying deliveries, installations, and operational projects. Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for additional monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
