We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to join our team.

Job summary:
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities include:
● Receiving and inspecting glass and hardware deliveries
● Performing quality control checks upon receipt
● Processing hardware sales orders
● Picking, packing, and preparing purchase orders
● Preparing orders for delivery and customer will-call
● Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records
● Operating within the warehouse management system
● Coordinating logistics and supporting delivery operations
● Performing additional operational duties as assigned
● The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains precision under pressure.
We are looking for an individual:
● Organized, disciplined, detailed and analytical;
● Self-motivated and coachable;
● Professional and team-oriented;
● Has strong personal skills such as empathy, altruism and VERY GOOD listening;
● Ability to identify and resolve problems;
● Fluent in English and Spanish;
● Previous experience in glass industry is a differential.
Type of work: Full time
● Hours: Monday to Friday.

Experience:
● 2 years plus (preferred);
● Warehouse management system;
● Desirable: experience in operating a forklift.
