We are seeking a skilled Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: Wellington Power Corporation is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager for its headquarters in Warrendale, PA. This role oversees warehouse operations, materials management, inventory movement, and fleet coordination while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: · Direct daily warehouse operations, including accurate receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials. · Maintain accurate inventory records through tracking systems, cycle counts, audits, and documented material movement. · Coordinate with field and office teams to support project schedules, material needs, and company operations. · Evaluate warehouse processes and recommend improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost control. · Purchase and replenish small tools, supplies, and warehouse materials as needed. · Retrieve shop materials from inventory and coordinate delivery to job sites as required. · Schedule and perform truck deliveries, pickups, returns, and closeout material transfers. · Inspect tools and equipment before delivery to confirm readiness, condition, and accuracy. · Pull, stage, and prepare shop and stored materials for delivery or internal use. · Manage inventory integrity, safety, and material flow through receiving, storage, staging, and delivery processes. · Operate forklifts, trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely within the warehouse and yard. · Load and unload materials using safe, accurate, and efficient manual or equipment-assisted procedures. · Follow OSHA requirements and all company safety, quality, and operating procedures. · Demonstrate strong safety awareness, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Qualifications: · Five (5) years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience. · Two (2) – three (3) years of warehouse and/or logistics managerial/supervisory experience; Proven leadership experience managing warehouse staff or operational teams. · High school diploma or GED required. · Strong knowledge of warehouse operations; electrical construction experience preferred. · Forklift certification · Valid CDL license preferred or willingness to obtain CDL license · Proficiency with Microsoft applications, warehouse applications, and willingness to learn new warehouse and inventory systems. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. · Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform active warehouse duties.
