Warehouse and Logistics Driver

Overview The Warehouse and Logistics Driver plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of material movement, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse organization. This position supports field crews and leadership by efficiently managing transportation and logistics tasks across Oahu, including deliveries to military installations. The driver is responsible for picking up and delivering materials and equipment, shuttling company vehicles for repairs and inspections, receiving and logging incoming supplies, and maintaining an organized, inspection-ready warehouse environment. Duties Safely operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials, equipment, and supplies across Oahu, including military installations. Shuttle company vehicles to and from repair shops, maintenance appointments, safety inspections, and registration services. Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and log all incoming items accurately into inventory systems. Maintain the organization of the warehouse and yard, ensuring all materials are stored properly and the area remains clean and inspection-ready. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed to support field crews’ operational needs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all transportation and warehouse activities. Keep detailed records of deliveries, pickups, vehicle maintenance, and inventory movements. Collaborate with the Safety & Logistics Manager to uphold safety standards and improve logistical processes. Skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record suitable for operating company vehicles. Proven experience in driving commercial or company vehicles preferred. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse environment. Ability to follow safety procedures diligently during transportation and warehouse activities. Good communication skills for logging activities accurately and coordinating with team members. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures is a plus. Dependability with a strong work ethic to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.
