Core Responsibilities:
Pick, scan, and pack orders accurately using standard RF scanner systems.
Load and unload transport trailers and stage pallets in designated staging lanes.
Conduct basic inventory counts and quality checks on inbound/outbound shipments.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and facility safety standards.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse, packaging, or order selection experience is an asset (training provided).
Familiarity with RF scanners or basic inventory systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily packing/shipping targets.
Steel-toe work boots required.

Responsibilities
Pick & Pack: Use a handheld scanner to easily find items, pack boxes, and get orders prepped for customers.
Stock & Move Freight: Help unload incoming delivery trucks, put away stock, supply the production lines, and load outgoing shipments.
Spot-Check Products: Give every item a quick visual review to make sure only top-quality goods get sent out.
Tidy Workspace: Keep your packing bench and surrounding walking paths clean, organized, and accident-free all day.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of recent hands-on experience in a warehouse, production line, or factory setting.
Physical Capability: Able to stay active on your feet and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
Tools & Systems: Comfortable using handheld RF scanners or basic digital inventory tools (we will train on facility-specific software).
Work Style: Punctual, reliable, safety-focused, and great at collaborating with a team.
