Warehouse and Logistics Associate / Delivery Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse and Logistics Associate who will also serve as a Delivery Driver. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely deliveries to customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery. Maintain an accurate inventory system through regular audits and cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. Logistics Coordination Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules. Assist in tracking and managing shipping and receiving activities. Resolve any shipping discrepancies in a timely manner. Delivery Driving Load, secure, and transport goods safely to delivery destinations. Deliver products to customers on time while adhering to traffic and safety regulations. Communicate with customers regarding delivery details, and provide excellent service. Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and routine maintenance. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving preferred. Familiarity with inventory software and logistics systems is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly. Key Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and customer service abilities. Problem-solving skills for addressing delivery or inventory challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment: Warehouse environment with occasional outdoor work. Driving company vehicles to various locations for deliveries.
