Warehouse and Logistics Associate

Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers and reach trucks, to efficiently move products within the facility. Manage order fulfillment processes by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and reporting. Collaborate with team members to build pallets and prepare orders for distribution. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and report discrepancies as needed. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Familiarity with order picking processes and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge that enables effective troubleshooting of equipment is a plus. Experience with inventory management systems will be beneficial. A strong understanding of logistics operations, including load/unload procedures and order fulfillment best practices, is essential.
