Warehouse and Delivery Specialist

Description: Northwest Paper Box is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to support daily warehouse, shipping, and delivery operations at our Camas manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for preparing and staging customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating various warehouse equipment, and safely delivering finished products on time. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience and experience with warehouse management systems, strong computer skills, a good driving record, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Requirements: Provide courteous, professional service when interacting with customers and representing Northwest Paper Box. Identifies, stages, organizes and transports requested materials to and from locations including loading docks, trucks and storage areas. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Load and unload products safely using appropriate material-handling equipment. Uses protective materials and strapping equipment to protect and secure loads; once delivered, removes strapping and wrapping, then safely disposes of waste materials in designated containers or areas. Reports any problems with materials or transportation to supervisor. Receives, verifies, inspects, and records products, ensuring accuracy of quantities, orders, and shipping documentation. Coordinate with Shipping, Production, and other departments to support daily operations and resolve discrepancies. Operate a 32-foot box truck for frequent local deliveries, following applicable traffic laws and company safety standards. Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day. Delivers product to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt. Enter and maintain accurate inventory information using warehouse management and inventory control systems. Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and annual physical inventory activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping environment including box truck. Assists in general warehouse duties when deliver route is completed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to drive safely. Ability to use navigation tools such as GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps. Ability to maintain basic logs and records. Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision. Able to always remain professional and courteous.
