Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse and Delivery Driver role based in Greenville, OH. The position involves safely loading, unloading, and handling materials in the warehouse, including operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment. The role includes accurately picking, packing, and staging orders, maintaining organized inventory and clean work areas, and assisting with cycle counts as needed. The Delivery Driver is responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver products to customers on scheduled routes, following all safety and traffic regulations, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. Daily tasks also include providing courteous customer service at delivery sites, communicating any delivery or product issues to the team, and collaborating with warehouse staff and sales personnel to support efficient operations. Qualifications Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely; prior forklift operation experience preferred. Experience in training or willingness to learn and follow company procedures and safety protocols. Background in sales or comfort supporting sales staff with order fulfillment and product knowledge is beneficial. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to meet company driving requirements. Capability to lift and move materials regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to work as part of a team in an on-site warehouse setting.
