Warehouse & Delivery Associate – Event Rental Company Location: Fort Myers, FL Start Date: Immediate Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a full-time role with real variety? We're a growing event rental company looking for dependable people to join our warehouse and delivery crew. What You'll Actually Be Doing: No two weeks look exactly the same, but here's the general rhythm: Load and unload delivery trucks with event equipment (tables, chairs, linens, decor, and more) Travel to event sites to help with setup Return at the end of the event to strike (tear down) and reload the truck Unload and organize returned inventory back at the warehouse Help paint and refinish custom rental pieces like bars, pianos, and backdrops The schedule includes early mornings, LATE nights, and weekends depending on events — it's active, hands-on work, but it's genuinely rewarding, and you'll get to help bring some really cool events to life. Requirements: Comfortable with physical work — lifting, carrying, and being on your feet for extended periods, including outdoor work in varying weather Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy — our schedule depends on people showing up on time Available for a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and some evenings ( weekends are a must ) Team player who also works well independently and follows through on assignments Comfortable interacting professionally with clients on-site Willing to help with painting/refinishing custom rental items Valid driver's license a plus (for delivery routes) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer: $18.00/hour, with increases based on performance Full-time, consistent hours (35+ weekly, often 40+) Flexible, dynamic team environment Opportunity to start immediately Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal Work Location: In person (warehouse + event sites) If you're a responsible, detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic and enjoy hands-on, varied work, we'd love to hear from you!
