Warehouse and Delivery

Atlantic Coast Electric Supply is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. Our warehouse operations are an important part of how we serve our customers, ensuring the right products are received, organized, and prepared accurately and efficiently. The Warehouse Associate role is primarily focused on receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing electrical products for customer orders and deliveries. You will work closely with warehouse, sales, and delivery teams to help keep daily operations running smoothly while learning about the products and processes that support the electrical distribution industry. While warehouse operations will be your primary responsibility, this position will also provide delivery support when needed. This may include operating company box trucks or vans to deliver materials to customers and construction sites. Having team members who can support multiple areas of the business helps us maintain dependable service as we continue to grow. What You Will Do Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials from vendors and branch transfers. Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup. Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and secured properly. Maintain an organized warehouse by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and keeping work areas clean. Assist with inventory counts, product verification, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Learn about electrical products, materials, and warehouse processes to support daily operations. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following company training and safety procedures. Communicate with sales, counter, and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time. Assist with wire handling, material preparation, and other warehouse responsibilities as needed. Provide delivery support when needed by operating company vehicles to transport materials to customers and job sites. Verify delivery orders, complete necessary documentation, and represent ACES professionally when interacting with customers. Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. What You Need to Be Successful Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to contribute to the team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with coworkers. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. A safety-focused mindset when operating equipment, handling materials, and making deliveries. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move heavy or bulky materials throughout the workday. A valid driver's license and good driving record to support delivery responsibilities. A CDL is not required. Willingness to learn electrical products, warehouse systems, and operational processes. Previous warehouse, distribution, delivery, logistics, or construction supply experience is helpful but not required. Forklift experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
