TWO MEN AND A TRUCKJob Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Warehouse and Customer Satisfaction Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, dedicated to building strong customer relationships while driving local sales growth and ensuring a functional, clean and navigable warehouse. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help foster customer loyalty, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine customer service excellence with strategic sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on engaging with clients, interacting with 3PL delivery companies, maintaining a clean functioning work environment, managing sales, and closing deals through innovative solutions, this role is perfect for you! Be the main point of contact for all delivery arrivals and warehousing of all materials. Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries Perform confirmation calls to ensure customer and company have correct information leading up to a move. Perform post move follow up calls to ensure service was to customers expectations and delivered on our goals. Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns Prepare move-related paperwork and documents Have strong understanding of sales techniques and guiding customers through a process over the phone Hold positive tone over phone calls to provide the best customer experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100lbs on occasion as necessary for the role. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. NO MORE THAN ONE AT FAULT ACCIDENT AND/OR TWO MOVING VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. All other duties as assigned Join us as a Warehouse and Customer Satisfaction where your energy fuels success!
