Warehouse and Claims Coordinator

Job Overview Floorboys is seeking an experienced Flooring Claims and Warehouse Coordinator to join our Lexington team. We are looking for someone with flooring industry experience who can step into an active environment and help manage existing and new customer claims while also assisting with warehouse operations and inventory control. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, solution-oriented, and very comfortable communicating with customers. You must be able to handle a high volume of customers and communication, including situations that require patience, professionalism, and follow through. Responsibilites: Review and help resolve existing/older flooring claims Communicate directly with customers regarding claim status and next steps Coordinate with manufacturers, installers, sales staff, and management to resolve issues Gather photos, documentation, measurements and other information required for claims. Maintain accurate records and follow claims through completion Receive, organize, and track flooring inventory Assist with inventory counts and inventory control Prepare and stage flooring materials for upcoming installations and customer pick-ups Help maintain an organized and efficent warehouse Assist with other warehouse and operational needs as neccessary Qualifications: Flooring industry experience required Knowledge of flooring products, installations, and common claim issues. Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers, including when resolving difficult situations. Comfortable working both in the warehouse and at a computer/phone Able to prioritize multiple claims and responsibilties at the same time Dependable and willing to take ownership of problems through resolutions. Schedule- Full-time Comfortable working a fork lift Flooring experience requred Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
