Warehouse and Cabinet Laborer
ConfidentialThis job is through Source Build Building Materials, where our company culture is based around valuing relationships over transactions. We are a small company that is continuing to grow and learn from mistakes, from eachother, and learn more to become better at what we do. Source Build is a leading interior materials company that provides interior solutions to the general public, contractors, designers, and so much more. Part of those interior solutions includes but is not limited to cabinetry, baseboard, LVP, ad interior doors. Most of our work starts with the Sales team, who then sells material and install services to their clients. Once sold, we schedule the delivery of goods to the clients home and schedule assembly and install. What we are looking for in a candidate is someone who is fun, not afraid to speak up when they see things could be done a better/more efficient way, and overall works well with the team and is able to learn from their mistakes. Warehouse hours are Monday-Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, though we are incredibly flexible on personal committments if communicated at least 1 day before. We understand people have kids, second jobs, and personal matters that come up from time to time + we do not restrict any time off throughout the year if put in the calendar. Just looking for communicators who want to show up! 1099 Independent Contractor Position with approximately 25-35 hours a week depending on the week, but we can promise at least 25 hours a week and if you're looking for more than that you can let us know and we will figure out how to get you more hours. Weekly pay. What the job entails: Small cabinet install jobs, usually for things like vanities, but at times you could be doing 10 or less cabinets in a kitchenette or wet bar type area. We do have most the tools needed for installs but if there is anything extra we need, the company can get that. It is highly preferred that our candidate has this skill or something close in proximity to this skill. Warehouse work usually looks like loading up the delivery truck with orders, helping with clean-up, helping with moving pallets, assembling cabinets etc... We have a forklift and pallet jack, though we do not require you to be forklift certified. Assembly of cabinets. All of these small jobs use RTA cabinets, meaning they will need to be assembled. We do have a primary assembler, but sometimes we need an extra hand for it. Can teach assembly if needed. Must have your own vehicle that is reliable and can get you to and from job sites. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Tools provided People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
