Role Description The Warehouse and 3PL Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) customers, to whom we provide 3PL services. Day-to-day tasks include supervising receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining stock control procedures. The role involves coordinating with 3PL customers for inbound and outbound logistics, monitoring performance against service-level expectations, and resolving operational issues. The manager will implement and refine warehouse processes, uphold safety and compliance standards, and optimize space utilization and equipment use. Collaboration with internal teams on forecasting, replenishment, and continuous improvement initiatives is expected, along with hands-on support in daily operations when necessary. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate and reliable stock records. Candidates should possess Inventory Management experience to manage stock levels, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse workflows, staffing, and performance metrics. Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and knowledge of safe equipment use and material handling practices. Candidates should possess experience with warehouse management systems Finale, Quickbooks, Shipstation, etc. , basic data analysis, and proficiency in standard office software. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess effective communication and leadership abilities to guide team members and coordinate with internal and external partners. Candidates should possess prior experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management; a relevant certification or degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations is beneficial.
