Ability to function in WMS and SAP system environments This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations by coordinating inbound product deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, and ensuring the timely shipment of customer orders. The position works closely with warehouse associates and order pickers to verify that the correct materials are selected, processed, and shipped accurately. Responsibilities include coordinating with transportation providers and internal logistics contacts to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring shipment status, and providing updates on high-priority orders and critical inventory needs. The role also supports inventory accuracy through effective tracking and reconciliation processes while assisting management with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to operational performance. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations. Essential Job Functions: 1. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels 2. Places and track orders, investigate delays or problems 3. Performs physical counts of inventory 4. Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook 5. Cross functional with all management levels 6. Supply Chain analysis 7. Ability to learn new functions 8. Ability to analyze and solve problems 9. Performs other related duties as requested 10. Analyst needed to handle work – receive orders, coordinate with ports EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment Bachelor's degree is required.
